"Green fee", "convenience fee" for paying rent on the website (the only place you can pay it), fee for being on a higher level. Usually at least 1 elevator is broken (3 total for 18 floors plus underground parking), some people got moved into a hotel for a month because of the pool renovations that have been going on all year causing water damage and when they came back stuff was broken
Elevator was broken for half the semester, pool is dirty but everything else is chill. Calm spot close to campus. No physical key card it's all on the app which is annoying if your phone dies
Gym is a bit small and elevators are not always 100% reliable (not a problem for me since I am on the 4th floor and also this goes for every wampus apartment. Clubhouse is small as well but functional. The rooms are decently sized and apartment is neat.
