I’ve been dealing with a utility bill dispute since the end of July, and the management has done nothing but lie, stall, and give me the runaround. My final bill showed over 24,000 gallons of water usage in a unit that was completely vacant except for a few brief visits. For comparison, when the unit was fully occupied for an entire month, the usage was only 2,370 gallons. That’s more than 10x higher when nobody was living there, clearly a leak or meter issue.

Includes small rooftop gym and pool, grills, and parking is secured on game days so residents don’t have to move.

No window in my bedroom, Usually only 1 elevator is working, elevators always smell bad, no one knows the code for the pool😭
