Slow elevators, elevator always broken or someone getting stuck, mail room is a free for all packages dumped everywhere so unorganized, parking garage door doesn’t work so paying all that $ for parking and it’s completely open to the public, just feels dirty in general, trash smells in hallways, fire alarm went off like 3 times a week first semester, most front desk staff rude and clueless.
Word of mouth; no hidden fees just utilities were higher than I thought. Good living conditions, rooms are great just a little tax
