You have to pay like 200 something to even apply so if you apply you should be set on living there. Roach infestation when we moved in, elevator is broken and they are not planning on fixing it bc they are broke, redid entire lobby for no reason (maybe this is where the money went), bitchy management (basically tried to pin the roach issue on us when they knew about it before we moved in and did not tell us)
Elevator broken for most of semester; close to campus, pool; newly-renovated lobby and study-area; small gym; friendly management; many broken items, lights, furniture upon arrival that was promptly fixed.
Main elevator typically broken, no direct way to reach main office/gym without exiting the building, but maintenance is always quick to respond and very helpful
