Decent apartment. The only downside to living here was in the fall semester when the elevator would go out all the time and we lived on the top floor. They have gotten a new contractor who seems to have really turned things around elevator wise. It may seem far from campus but the bus stop is right outside your door. Doesn't have a gym or dedicated study rooms (only a little area in the lobby) and I know there are places that go for around the same rate with gyms. Also really nice if you're a cyclist because they have a dedicated bike cage in the parking garage. Plus if you're a dog owner they have their own closed off dog park in the back.
