$35 a month green fee, great amenities (rooftop pool 30 floors high, gym, yoga room, saunas, cycling room, study area 2nd floor, free printing, Luxer package delivery system, refrigerators in mail room for grocery deliveries), however my first semester here we went down to 2 elevators out of the 4 in the building operational after just a week or two into the Fall semester. Being on the 25th floor made calling for an elevator extremely difficult with long wait times before seeing an elevator. By the time the elevator picked up people from floors 30-20 it was more or less full making people on lower floors have to wait even longer to get in an empty elevator. Additionally at times it would be down to 1 elevator because one of the elevators out of the 2 was getting overworked with the reduced elevator capacity making management slow down that elevator. Eventually they were fixed after 3 months (December) and have been fine ever since but definitely not a good elevator experience the first half of the year.
