Wanted to just sign with friends near the engineering area. There is a pretty bad cockroach problem so we have to kill them everyday
We had an $80 amenity fee once we first moved in. Things break here a lot — maintenance is good but it's annoying putting in a request weekly.

“One time bill for SimpleBills. We had cockroach problems one year. Great management. Older building. Minimal lighting if you get an inward-facing room. Nobody uses the pool. Can get loud on the weekend when people host parties.”$1,330/mo
