“They consider themselves a "Luxury" apartment, and while the amenities such as the nice gym, pool area, and basketball court might seem nice. The building is not that great once living here. The noise travel is bad, and you can hear your neighbors next door screaming, crying, or just doing anything. The 1st year they opened their residents were insanely spoiled and such snobs, they don't care about how nice the things they have that they will just destroy them. They'll breakdown elevators, kick walls, scream into hallways, vomit in elevators because they have too much to drink, break glass into the pool, and just hallways a mess because they know that "someone" will just clean it for them. Security was also an issue the first year, they would stop you if you did not look like the usual residents that were white and wore lululemon and polos. They would first assume you were a door dasher or a cleaning person, and demand that you show your fob. But if you looked like the "usual" resident they wouldn't even ask. Now they ask anyone and everyone for their fob because so many POC were experiencing this same issue. The management team also seem irritated when you have issues with things on their property that should be fixed or cleaned? They also make you pay for a third party delivery service that deliver on their own time, so if you rely on same day shipping, you can't anymore. While the apartment is nice at first and glamorous, once you live here your going to have issues. But if you are low maintenance, a snob, spoiled, and the casual drunk and screamer at 3am in the hallways, oh and not a POC then you would fit right in!”
