It's good and comes with a desk chair and low coffee table (plus a couch! and bed frame). It doesn't come with a dining table tho so you have to sit on the ground and eat. The closet and restroom is decently big though.
Includes minimal gym, no pool, two decent sized study rooms, courtyard is often used for parties, but maintenance is really solid!
One time payment of $200 for utilities. Enjoy the single just think the price is a little high
