Apartment room flooded, heat didn't work for awhile, water heater broke and wasn't fixed for a week, brand new water heater only works for 10 mins at a time and not at the same time as roommate, can't use the oven without the smoke detector going off constantly, gnat infestation for a month, apartment hallways can be fully accessed by anyone because of multiple unlocked doors, can hear the parking garage gate beep and whir with every open/close.
The elevator recently got fixed, but it makes hella noises. I don't trust it. FRUIT FUCKING FLIES EVERYWHERE. The toilet will keep running. wifi shuts off randomly at times. It's decent for the price. 2/5
