TONS of hidden fees. Amenities are average (patio, clubhouse, coffee machine) elevators usually work but can be broken for a week at a time. Maintenance problems get fixed within 48 hours. Overall not bad but def not worth the price. Right now I am in a 2x2 shared and pay average $950 total.
Elevators break semi consistently and make the worst noises
Garage door broken 99% of time
Gym, releasing gift cards, nice outdoors area, nice study rooms.
