“Management is great and maintenance is super quick to fix things. I’ve really loved living here but my only complaint is that the walls are super thin and all of the furniture/cabinets is super cheaply made. They have really good deals for you to resign with them. My first year lease was 1075 but now I pay 999. There’s lots of frat houses near here so you WILL hear them when they have parties. I can sometimes also hear parties coming from upstairs. I’ve only spotted nats since the two years I’ve stayed here but overall pretty free of bugs. 15 minute walk from campus. I believe SMART housing gets a 150 dollar discount but with new management they’re taking it away from some units like mine :\”
