“The actual apartment is not that bad, especially on the third floor. Some units have AC and insulation issues causing the apartment to be 86 degrees during the peak of summer. It has an easier time in the winter. Apartment is relatively well maintained. Downside is living next to the frat. The management is dogshit though. They are very predatory and will try to take all of your security deposit which is one whole month of rent. Not a bad place if you plan to release the place though. Some units have really small laundry appliances and many of them do not have a pantry.”

“Friend. Turning on the AC costs a lot because it’s an older unit. It’s open to the public so it’s a little less safe than an apt. It’s pretty quiet though.”
