No hidden fees. Pretty nice! Well-maintained, and maintenance responds quickly. Not a sleek new apartment complex, more of a cozy vibe. My fav parts: secure gated complex, soundproof walls, and a nice little courtyard with grills and ping pong! Worst part: water is metered across the whole building and averaged, which can rack up depending on neighbors and also maintenance activities.
There’s a firepit in the courtyard but it only has gas ~50% of the time. A bit far from campus but you kind of get what you pay for
free parking is first come first serve so prepare to walk
