The place was recently renovated. There’s a new ground floor area, a new office, a new mail room, a new gym, and a new study room. There’s also a small poll area with some covered outdoor couches. Since my lease was signed last year, the base price is being increased by $60 this year because of the renovation.
No hidden fees but rent is increasing because of renovations.. Pretty good for the cost but theres a roach problem.
Thin walls so you can hear everything and not that many amenities other than limited hour gym and a pool
